Courses & Workshops

What if humans and the Earth could be good for each other?

Are you looking for a way to live with a lighter impact, take positive action for the planet or radically deepen your relationship to the living world?

Well, in 2023, we’ll be offering a series of workshops and courses that can help empower you with the skills, practices and knowledge to grow, forage, cook and preserve your own food, design for resilience and regeneration, deepen your roots in your place and your local ecology and live a richer, healthier, more abundant life.

We’re being summoned by the world itself to make many changes to the human project, but most central is a fundamental re-visioning and reshaping of ourselves, a shift in consciousness.
— Bill Plotkin, 'Wild Mind'

We know well that news climate crisis and ecological collapse can leave us feeling numb, powerless and in despair. But we also believe that we can have greater control, greater agency and that we, as humans, can be good for the planet, a positive impact. Our courses and workshops are carefully created to give you the tools you need - whether it’s in nature connection, permaculture design, meditation or regenerative food growing - to face the mess we’re in with purpose, a regenerative mindset, and a deep love for the world and the web of life that supports us all.

Inspirational and accessible for beginners. It gave me a real confidence boost and helped me make an action plan.
— Hannah, participant, 'Designing Regenerative Foodscapes' workshop 2022

All of our programmes are designed to be inclusive and immersive, with a balance of practical & theoretical learning, tailored to the many different learning styles of our participants and are rooted in our individual connection to the natural world - the place, we believe, all action should stem from. Our facilitators bring years of experience, and a practical, lived and embodied understanding of the principles we will be teaching.

Such an inclusive workshop, that felt totally accessible to newcomers in demystifying permaculture, whilst also so much wisdom and nuggets of gold for those more experienced. A fabulous blend of practical knowledge, deep nature-based wisdom and joyful connection
— Nim Robins, Children in Permaculture teacher & participant 'Creating Regenerative Foodscapes'

Each workshop will include nature-connection practices, plenty of practical activities, a little teaching and the chance for open discussion. We’ll ground every workshop in our individual realtionship to the land and the spirit of community. These workshops could be tranformative in taking steps to living a more regenerative life, for your own health, for the health of your community and for the health of this planet. All of our day workshops are aimed at all ages and experience levels, but are particularly oriented towards beginners and folks fresh to these ideas.

Every workshop will include a delicious, freshly prepared, vegetetarian lunch from the land, as well as hot drinks and snacks. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements, we’ll do our best to accomodate you.

Loved spending the day at Glasbren - Abel and Steffan are so knowledgeable! Amazing lunch too!
— Catrin, workshop participant 2022
